Our journey began when we noticed a common problem: many women experience leg swelling, varicose veins, or discomfort, yet most compression socks on the market are either too tight, made from unbreathable materials, or simply unpleasant to wear.
Determined to change this, we spent months researching, testing, and refining our designs. We worked closely with experts, listened to real customer experiences, and carefully selected high-quality materials to create compression socks that truly make a difference. The result? A product that provides the perfect balance of support and comfort—without sacrificing style.

Shipping Policy
I strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about how I handle shipping:
Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow me to process it within 2-4 business days. During peak times, like sales or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
I offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely. The options available will be provided at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can generally expect delivery within:
- Australia: 7-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping Costs
All orders above $25 are free of charge (within the Australia), which includes tracking and insured delivery for your peace of mind. It's my way of saying thank you for the support!
For all orders under $25, I charge $4.95 in shipping costs.
International Shipping
I do offer international shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and I am not responsible for customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country. I charge $4,95 on all orders outside of the Australie.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, I will always send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can track your shipment via my website for up-to-date information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While I do everything I can to ensure your package arrives safely, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me immediately, and I will help you with the next steps.
Incorrect Address
If the address entered is incorrect, you will always receive an e-mail. Should I receive no response to this, the package cannot be sent. So always keep an eye on your mailbox. If agreement is given on the ‘wrong’ address, this is the customer's responsibility regarding delivery.
