Determined to change this, we spent months researching, testing, and refining our designs. We worked closely with experts, listened to real customer experiences, and carefully selected high-quality materials to create compression socks that truly make a difference. The result? Return Policy

Return Policy

I take immense pride in the quality and care that goes into each pair of compression socks I create. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to assist and ensure you have the best experience possible.

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact: Reach out to me at info@wendycomfort.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Instructions: I'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (for domestic returns).
  3. Return the Product: Pack your item securely, preferably in it's original packaging, and ship it to the return address I provide. Be sure to send me the tracking number too. Please note that the order needs to be sent back to my fulfillment company in Asia. The costs are for the customer.

Refunds

Please note, the refund may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact me, and I will assist in arranging an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on products that have been worn or washed. Please ensure the product is in original, unused condition before returning. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
